Isabel is a native of the Australian mainland in Melbourne. The father of Isabel is Australian while her mother is Swiss. Her family is from Australia, Switzerland, Melbourne Jabiru (a tiny mining community located in the Northern Territory), Cairns Australia and in Jabiru, Switzerland. Together with her sister Nina they attended schools with students of different races and different cultures. Isabel is a resident of Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel began acting in high school. She never auditioned for roles until she was spotted through her agency in the year 2002. She was auditioning for a part in Home and Away, 1988. In the course of three years, she won the Logie Award as a new actor in the television industry in her character. Isabel moved her home to Los Angeles. Her breakthrough performance was Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Seit then, she has played in numerous US-based as well as Australian film productions. Isabel is a proponent of animal rights and has been involved in several environmental organisations. Since 2010, she's the PatronAmbassador at Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival. Isabel known for her environmental efforts and dedication to the cause of social justice and ethical values, was the face of and brand ambassador for a variety of fashion and cosmetic campaigns.
